Section 19, The Postal Services Regulatory Agency Act, 2012

(1) There shall be an Executive-Director of the Agencywho shall be appointed by the Board upon such terms and conditions
as the Board may determine.
(2) The Executive-Director appointed under subsection
(1), shall be a person of proven integrity and with vast knowledge
and experience in the postal industry.
