Section 27, The Postal Services Regulatory Agency Act, 2012

(1) The Executive-Director shall, subject to section 26,issue a licence to an applicant to provide a postal service under this
Act.
(2) Without limiting the scope of subsection (1), a licence
shall state–
(a) the type of services to be provided;
(b) the period of validity of the licence; and
