Section 29, The Postal Services Regulatory Agency Act, 2012

(1) A licence may be renewed upon an application madeto the Executive-Director for renewal of the licence, not later than three months before the expiry of the licence. (2) The procedure for renewal of a licence shall be the same as that applicable to the issuance of the original licence (3) A licensee who fails to renew a licence or where an application for renewal is rejected by the Executive-Director, shall cease to provide postal services not later than ninety days after the expiration of the licence.
