An Inspector appointed under section 21, to carry outsuch specified tasks as may be required by the Agency for the efficient
performance of its functions, may at reasonable times–

(a) enter and inspect premises, which the
Inspector knows or reasonably suspects to
be used for a purpose to which this Act
applies, to ensure that the provisions of the
Act are complied with; or
(b) enter premises to perform any other function
assigned to the Inspector by the Agency or
under this Act.
