Section 100, Terrorism Act, 2012

Subject to section 106, where a foreign state requestsfor assistance in the investigation or prosecution of money laundering
the competent authority shall–
(a) execute the request forthwith; or
(b) inform the foreign State making the request
of any reason-
(i) for not executing the request forthwith;
(ii) for delaying the execution of the
request.
