Section 54, Terrorism Act, 2012

(1) The competent authority shall determine a mechanismby which adequate, accurate and current information on the beneficial ownership and control structure of persons and arrangements are maintained in Sierra Leone. (2) The mechanism shall provide for access to the information on a timely basis by reporting entities, competent authorities, including law enforcement, the Unit, supervisory and judicial authorities.
