Section 58, Terrorism Act, 2012

A reporting entity or person who intentionally or by grossnegligence fails to submit a report to the Unit as required by sections 28 and 29 commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not less then Le10,000,000.00 or to a term of imprisonment not less than two years or to both the fine and imprisonment.
