A person or reporting entity who intentionally or by grossnegligence fails to comply with Regulations made by a supervisory
authority or the Unit, commits an offence and is liable on conviction
to a fine not less than Le10,000,000.00 or to a term of imprisonment not less than two years or to both the fine and
imprisonment.
