Section 60, Terrorism Act, 2012

A person who intentionally makes a false or misleadingstatement, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise fails to state a material fact in connection with his obligations under this Act, including the obligation to make a suspicious transaction or other required report to the Unit, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not less than Le15,000,000.00 or to a term of imprisonment not less than three years or to both the fine and imprisonment.
