Section 97, Terrorism Act, 2012

(1) Any act done or omitted by a person as an employeeor agent shall, for the purposes of this Act, be treated as done or omitted by that person’s employer or principal, if it was done with the knowledge or approval of the employer or principal or without such knowledge or approval if it was the result of lack of supervision; and in the case of an agent, that he acted within the terms of his agency or contract.
