Section 98, Terrorism Act, 2012

Where a body corporate is convicted of an offence underthis Act, every director, controller or officer concerned in the
management of the body corporate shall be guilty of the offence
where it is proved that the act or omission that constituted the offence
took place with that person’s knowledge, authority, permission or
consent.
