(1) Subject to this Act, the Board shall have the controland supervision of the Authority, including overseeing the sound
and proper technical and financial management of the Authority.
(2) It shall also be the responsibility of the Board to
provide such policy guidance and advice as will secure the efficient
implementation of the functions of the Authority and enhance the
overall performance of the Authority.
