Section 22, The Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Act, 2012

The Chairman and the other members of the Board and anyperson co-opted by the Board under subsection (1) of section 20
shall be paid such remuneration, fees and allowances as the Minister
may, after consultation with the Minister of Finance, determine.
