Section 19, The Public Elections Act, 2012

(1) No person shall be registered as a voter in more thanone ward or more than once in a ward. (2) A person who knowingly seeks or assists a person to seek or obtain registration as a voter in contravention of this section commits an offence and is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand leones or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both the fine and imprisonment.
