Section 24, The Public Elections Act, 2012

(1) Within the period of fifteen days specified in section 23, every person who is entitled to be registered as a voter (in any ward) shall present himself to the Registration Officer for registration and shall be registered as a voter, unless the Registration Officer is not satisfied that the person concerned is entitled to be registered. (2) A claim to the entitlement to be registered as a voter shall be in Form B in the Second Schedule.
