Section 37, The Public Elections Act, 2012

The provisional lists in respect of a ward shall be finallysettled and signed by the Revising Officer and the provisional lists
shall be delivered by him to the Registration Officer within five days
from the date on which the Revising Officer first commenced to hold
his inquiry and to revise the lists.
