Section 67, The Public Elections Act, 2012

Not later than ten days before the first day appointed forthe election, the Returning Officer shall cause to be published by Government Notice, and in any other manner within every electoral area as he may think appropriate, a list containing the full names, addresses and occupations of the candidates and of the persons or political parties by whom they were nominated.
