Section 73, The Public Elections Act, 2012

(1) The hours of voting shall be from seven o’clock inthe morning to five o’clock in the afternoon or such later time as the Electoral Commission may allow. (2) The Presiding Officer shall not declare the poll closed until all the registered voters present inside the polling station or waiting in line outside the polling station at the time specified in subsection (1) have cast their vote.
