Section 92: Where a ballot box referred to in subsection (1) of section

91 or its content is lost or destroyed, the certified copy of the statement
of the result of the poll referred to in subsection (2) of section 90,
shall, on the oath of the Counting Officer or other polling station
official, be accepted as representing the result of the poll at the polling
station concerned.
