Section 98, The Public Elections Act, 2012

(1) The nomination in the election of Paramount Chiefmembers of Parliament shall be in the form prescribed in the Ninth Schedule. (2) Sections 70, 71, 72, paragraphs (f) and (g) of subsection (1) of section 74, sections 76, 77, 80, 81, 86, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, subsection (2) of section 96, and section 97 shall apply, with the necessary modifications to the election of Paramount Chief Members of Parliament. (3) The Register of Voters, where referred to in any of the provisions of Part VII shall, for the purposes of this Part, be construed to mean the Gazette List.
