(1) The Minister shall, at any time after consultation with Congress and the Federation, by notice published in the Gazette,
dissolve the Joint National Negotiating Board.
(2) A dissolution of the Joint National Negotiating Board
under subsection (1) shall be without prejudice to any acts or
recommendations of the Joint National Negotiating Board made prior
to its dissolution.
