Section 24, The Industrial Relations and Trade Union Act, 2024

(1) An agreement for the payment of wages incontravention of this Act is void.
(2) Subsection (1) is not a bar to an employee from being
paid for work performed in the past and such payment shall be made
in accordance with this Act.
