Section 47, The Industrial Relations and Trade Union Act, 2024

(1) An alteration of the constitution of a registered tradeunion or employers' organisation shall be registered with the Registrar on the payment of such fee as prescribed in the First Schedule and shall take effect from the date of registration unless some later date is specified in the constitution. (2) An application for registration of an alteration of the constitution of a registered trade union or employers' organisation shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed. 38 39 Alteration of constitution.
