(1) A registered trade union or employers' organisationshall transmit to the Registrar its audited account within 6 months of
its submission to the members of the trade union or employers’
(2) An officer of a registered trade union or employers'
organisation which fails to comply with this section commits an
offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not less than 30 months
