Section 60, The Criminal Procedure Act, 2024

Where a statement taken in writing under section 59 relatesto an offence for which a person is then or subsequently committed
for trial, it shall be transmitted to the Court in which the person is to
be tried, and a copy thereof shall be transmitted to the Attorney-
General and Minister of Justice.
