Section 3, Agency Act, 2024

(i) The governing body of the Agency shall be the National Monitoring and EvaluationAgency Board in which shall be vested, subject to this Act,the supervision of the Agency. (2) The Board shall consist ofa Chairmarl $.ho shall be a person with requisite loowledge and exp€rience in monitoring and evaluation matters, and the fbllowing other members - (a) The Financial Secretary or his representative, not below tbe rank ofa Director.
