(2) A person shall cease to be a member ofthe Board on any of tbe following grounds- (a) inability to perforn the ftrnctions ofhis office by reason of infirmity of mind or body; @) for Proven misconduct; (c) (e) (0 if he is convicted and sentenced for an offence involving &aud or dishonesty; if he fails to attend 3 consecutive meetings otthe Board wirhout reasonable cause; if he resigns his office by written notice to the Chairman ofthe Board'
