Section 26 of the National Youth Service Act, 2016 isamended by the repeal and replacement of that section with the following new section - '-(bmpulsor, 26. Subject to section 28, -se rvtce. (a) a college or university graduate shall be enlisted in the Service Scherne for a period of one year; and (b) a non-graduate youth shall be enlisted in the Service Scheme for a period of at least one yearand six (6 ) months, Amendmert 8.
