Section 31, The Telecommunications Act, 2006

(1) A licence under this Act shall not be used for a purposeother than that for which it was granted.
(2) A licence which is not utilised within two years from
the date of its grant may be cancelled by the Commission after notice
of not less than 30 days has been served on the operator.
