Section 32, The Telecommunications Act, 2006

(1) A person aggrieved by the refusal of the Commissionto grant or renew his licence or approve the transfer of such licence
under this Act or by the modification, suspension or cancellation of
a licence may, within 30 days of the receipt of the decision in question,
appeal to the High Court.
