The Commission shall publish by Government Notice andin such newspapers of national circulation as the Commission may
determine, notice of every modification, suspension or cancellation
of licence made under this Act: except that publication of a
modification suspension or cancellation of a licence shall not be
made where an objection or an appeal has been lodged in the High
Court.
