The Accountant General is hereby authorized and authorityfor payment required from time to time upon warrant or order of the Minister responsible for Finance to pay out of the Consolidated Fund- (a) the sum of three trillion five hundred and twenty three billion nine hundred and sixty one million two hundred and nineteen thousand five hundred Leones for the services specified in the First Schedule; (b) the sum of one hundred and ninety seven billion five hundred and ninety eight million six hundred and ninety six thousand Leones for the services specified in the Second Schedule during the year ending 31st December, 2018.
