Section 32, The Sierra Leone Water Company Act, 2001

(1) The Company shall, after Vesting Day, in respect of monies other than grants advanced by the Government to provide working capital for the Company, create an advance account in favour of Government equivalent to the total amount of such advance. (2) The advance account referred to in subsection (l) shall be subject to such conditions as to interest and repayment as the Minister for finance may from time to time determine.
