Section 33, The Sierra Leone Water Company Act, 2001

(1) The Company shall maintain proper accounts and records of its transactions in a form approved by the Auditor-General. (2) The Company shall prepare an annual financial statement which shall include balance sheet accounts, income and expenditure accounts, source and application of funds and financial projections particularly on water rates.
