Section 70, The Insurance Act, 2000

(1) Every insurer shall forward to the Commissioner a copy of the contract offered to every class of licence holder specified in subsection (2) of section 67 or subsection (1) of section 73. [Margin: Filing contracts with Commissioner.] (2) If, any insurer deviates from the contract filed with the Commissioner, he shall forward to the Commissioner a statement showing the deviation between the contract offered and the specimen filed with the Commissioner.
