Section 71, The Insurance Act, 2000

If at any time the Commissioner is of the opinion that there is need to regulate the contracts between insurers and any or all the classes of agents specified in subsection (2) of section 67, he may, by notification in the Gazette, notify the conditions that will be deemed to be included in the contracts of all or any of the classes of agents.
