Section 76, The Insurance Act, 2000

(1) An application for registration as an insurance intermediary shall be made to the Commission by any person who has the prescribed qualification. [Margin: Application for registration as insurance intermediary.]
(2) Every application shall be in such form, contain such particulars and shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed.
