Section 12, The Polytechnics Act, 2001

(1) A polytechnic institution shall have a Dean of Campus in every campus administered by that polytechnic institution, who shall be head of the campus and shall oversee the day-to-day activities of the campus.
(2) The Dean of Campus shall hold office for an initial term of two years subject to renewal for another term of two years.
