Section 15: NATIONAL EMERGENCY

In the event of war invo ving Sierra Leone or of national emergency. the President of Sierra Leone may, for the duration of such war or national emergency, if circumstances so require, proceed to take over all the Petroleum and Petroloum products produced by the Companies, and to take control of the whole or part of the Companies installa tions and premises, provided that fair compensation shall be paid to the Companies for any loss or damage incurred by them asa result of actions taken in pursuit of the President's decision.
