Section 7: AUDIT ANDCERTIFICATION OF COMPANIES' BOOKS

The Companies shall cause their books to be audited as soon as
practicable after each accounting year by such independent firm
Chartered Accountants as may be chosen by the Companies and
approved by the Government. The Companies Áccounts Book together
with the audited report and certificate shall then be forwarded to the
Commissioner of Income Tax. The Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
Account shall be drawn up in the English Language.
