Section 13, 62 of the Environmental Protection Act, 2008, the Board hereby makes

(1) Any applicant submitting a Project Screening Application may appeal to the Board for reconsideration of the category determined by the Executive Chairman or Authorised Officer on payment of an additional fee to cover the administrative expenses of the appeal. (2) Where an appeal is upheld by the Board and a lower category is agreed the appeal fee shall be repaid to the applicant. (3) The period for consideration of any appeal shall be four weeks. (4) The decision of the Board shall be final and binding.
