Section 73, 62 of the Environmental Protection Act, 2008, the Board hereby makes

(1) The Executive Chairman or Authorised Officer shallestablish and maintain a Register of Environmental Licences in which shall be recorded all applications and licences granted including all ancillary documents and materials. (2) The Register of Environmental Licences referred to in sub-regulation (1), shall be a public document and shall be available for public inspection on payment of the prescribed fee. (3) A copy of the Register of Environmental Licences shall be deposited with the mining cadastre on a semi-annual basis.
