(1) Where there is a transfer of a mineral right, thetransferee shall implement the EIA or ESIA, as applicable and MCP
approved by the Board in relation to the mineral right in accordance
with subsection (7) of section 83 and subsection (7) of section119 of
the Mines and Minerals Act, 2009.
(2) Sub-regulation (1) shall apply to all and any kind of
mineral right or permit acquisition.
