THE PROTECTION FROM RADIATION Act, 2001
(Act No. 14 of 1991)
THE SAFETY IN MINING AND MILLING OF URANIUM AND OTHER
ORES REGULATIONS, 2012
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by section 17
of the Protection from Radiation Act, 2001 and after consultation
with the Board, the Minister responsible for Energy and Water
Resources hereby makes these Regulations.
