(1) A distribution chain procedure shall be implementedfrom time to time in accordance with the distribution flow chart set
out in the First Schedule to enhance the expeditious dissemination
of the designated list to all Ministries , Departments, Agencies and
reporting entities.
(2) The CISU shall after consultations with the Committee
amend the procedures and the flow chart from time to time for the
effective and consistent implementation of the distribution chain
procedure.
