The Minister responsible for foreign affairs andinternational cooperation shall, without delay, forward the listing or
delisting of any individual, entity or organization in accordance with
the flow chart specified in the First Schedule subject to financial
sanctions or other restrictions related to terrorism or proliferation of
weapons of mass destruction and freezing of assets.
