Section 3, The 1965/66 Supplementary Appropriation Act, 1966 short title.

Thesaid sum of nine hundred and ninety-eight thousand,three hundred and ninety-one leones shall be and is hereby declaredto be charged upon and made payable from and out of the Consoli dated Revenue Fund for the year nineteen hundred and sixty-five/ sixty-six and the payment thereof shall be taken to begin imnediately after the commencement of this Act: PROVIDED that in the case of the sums authorised by the Minister of Finance to be issued from the Contingencies Fund the payment thereof shall be taken to bave begun on the date of the Warrant of authorising such payment No. 2 1965|66 Supplementary Appropriation 1966
