The Accountant-General is hereby authorised and re- Accountantquired from time to time upon the Warrant or Order of the Minister General's
of Finance to pay out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund
(a) the sum of seven hundred and ninety-eight thousand,
six hundred and forty-seven leones for the services
specified in the First Schedule; and
