Any person who in the opinion of the Council is of good Dental sur-character shall be entitled to be registered on the permanent regisgeons perter of dental surgeons if his qualifications eitherma!lent (a) entitle him to be registered and to practise dentistry and dental surgery under the law for the time being in force in the United Kingdom; or (b) are, in the opinion of the Council, of equiva1ent standard to those required for registration paragraph (a). register.
