(I) Council may aut_horise the temporary registration Temporary of any person who would be entitled to be placed on the perma- registrationnent register of medical practitioners or dental surgeons under the in certainprovisions of section 3 section 4 and who is eithercases . (a) a missionary attached to a missionary society recognised by the Minister for the purposes ofthis section ; or( b) an employee of any org~ nization. for _the _time being engaged on a spec,_fi~d proJect m Sierra Leone recognised by the MI mster for the purposes of this section. (2) (a) The Council may also authorise the temporary registration of a perso~ who, apart fr~m any requirement as to expenenc~, would by virtue of any qualification hel? by him be_ entitled to be registered under sect10n 3 or sect.ion and who shall produce evidence to the sattsfactton of the Council that he has been selected for nrescnbed t employment.
